These Terms govern your use of Lumio (the “Service”) at lumiovideo.com, operated by Alonia Culture Media Ltd, Triptolaimou 17, Flat 104, 1087 Nicosia, Cyprus. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lumio is a web-based subscription video service offering a daily, human-curated ranking of culture-and-lifestyle short films. Six preview picks are available without a membership; the remaining daily picks and the archive require an active trial or membership. Access is provided through modern web browsers only; we make no representation of native app or smart-TV availability.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge, as described on the Refund page. There are no long-term contracts.

4. Acceptable use

Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use by a single member. You may not share account credentials, redistribute content, circumvent access controls, or scrape the Service. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Content & intellectual property

All films remain the property of their respective filmmakers and rights-holders; Lumio licenses or curates them for member viewing. Our Content Policy describes submission and clearance requirements. Copyright concerns are handled per our DMCA process.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alonia Culture Media Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Spanish and EU law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights. Questions: [email protected].
