What your notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on Lumio, with enough detail for us to find it.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users or creators who repeatedly infringe copyright.
