Refund Policy

7-day free trial, then a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. Between the two, you have plenty of room to decide whether Lumio is for you.
During the trial
Your membership starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all — there is nothing to refund because no payment is taken.
First paid charge
If your trial converts to a paid membership and you change your mind, you can request a full refund of that first paid charge within 7 days of it being taken. Email [email protected] from your account address and we'll process it promptly.
After the first period
Subsequent renewals are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider once checkout is connected. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
